Our next long-term rental offer is a terraced house for up to 6 people in Algorfa. The charming duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, all nicely furnished and ready to move in. At the top of the house there is a solarium where we can spend most of our time basking in the sun. Additionally, we have two outdoor patios on both sides of the duplex and a private garage. The urbanization also has a communal swimming pool available to the residents of Algorfa, a small town just 20 minutes from Alicante airport, 15 minutes by car from the beach in Guardamar del Segura. We have bars, restaurants, shops, public transport and a golf course on site. This unique place will provide peace and quiet as well as beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and mountains. We highly recommend it, if you dream of a traditional Spanish atmosphere, this place is for you. The rental price is 550 euros per month plus bills, a refundable deposit is 1000 euros.
